Having finally recorded what I think is my best commentary yet for the DKR LP, I imported the game audio into Audacity and the program froze up for a few seconds. I damn near had a heart attack, screamed at the screen “you’d better not fucking crash, you’d better not fucking crash”.
The Occupy movement put their message in the national consiousness. So much so I’d forgotten the Occupy movement was still a thing.
In a legendary stroke of good luck and pro-ness, I won’t have to splice together multiple videos for the first time since the last Dragon Forest video! I have no idea why VDub doesn’t smite that world with its fury like it does Sherbert Island.
The DKR LP will continue today with a 16 minute EXTRAVAGANZA! Or just the longest video I’ve done so far. Hell, gotta make use of that newly unlimited video length Youtube’s given me right?
Curious discovery at work, the correct response to being told you’re really good at your job is not to stand arms outstretched Jericho-style and say “yes, I really am that good”.
Also my boss fishes for complements like a motherfucker. She needed to be told the best way to be thanked is not to feed my ego.
Funny story, sometimes you record half an LP video with the wrong character, remembering halfway through and not having a backup save file/state ready.

So I was doing some DKR recording. Got to a battle arena and the 2 remaining guys eliminated each other simultaniously. I celebrate capturing such a great moment then the capture goes stuttery and frame rate drops to 3fps. I could only watch in horror as this perfect recording was rendered unuseable. Fuck technology.
